As always, I’ve had little to no control on my buying books again this time around. I’m a complete hoarder when it comes to books, but I have no regrets! I love being surrounded by beautiful things and what is more beautiful than a load of books everywhere? NOTHING! Just a note, that I have not included any arcs or graphic novels I’ve gotten recently – those will show up in another haul. Andddd with that, let’s get into this haul!

E- Books
I can’t believe this category has finally happened. I’ve been avoiding E-books for years now, not because I’m a book snob but because they hurt my eyes more sometimes. I really hadn’t given them a proper chance until this year. I wasn’t even reading arcs, unless they were physical, so i was missing out on a lot of great stuff. This doesn’t include my e-arcs (that post is coming), but I did get a bunch over the last couple weeks that were on sale. I’m in Canada, so we don’t get the crazy good deals like the Americans do but I still found some good stuff. I also have Kindle Unlimited, but will not be listing my downloads.
Mud Vein by Tarryn Fisher
Howls Moving Castle Trilogy by Diana Wynne Jones – $1.99 for all three!
Kin by Kealan Patrick Burke
Marrow by Tarryn Fisher
Evil Under the Sun by Agatha Christie
We Have Always Lived in a Castle by Shirley Jackson
River of Teeth by Sarah Gailey
Lost Sisters by Holly Black
The Grownup by Gillian Flynn
Relic by Gretchen McNeil (this can only be bought on ebook)
All Systems Red by Martha Wells
Be the Girl by K.A. Tucker
Fantasticland by Mike Bockoven
Disturbed by Jennifer Jaynes
Saving April by Sarah A. Denzil
That’s it for this haul. Any you saw that appealed to your or ones you’ve read? Let me know in the comments! I’m excited to read pretty much all of these.
OMG, what a gorgeous stack of books!
River of Teeth was just the most bizarre story I’ve ever read- not because of the book, but because it was based on a bit of obscure but absolutely true history, and I read the entire thing with a complete “WTF, we could’ve actually had feral hippos in the Mississippi River” thing swirling around my brain. It was so strange and fun/horrifying to think about, and I really enjoyed the experience of reading it. I hope you do as well!
The Weight of Our Sky is on my TBR list, too. 🙂

Bahaha I read the synopsis and was like, “WHAT EVEN?!?!?!” Craziest thing I’ve ever heard adn to think it’s based on something real is hilarious. I did know that hippos were insane dangerous though – they kill more people than sharks, crocodiles, bears, etc – they be grumpy LOL I’m excited to check it out!
I can’t wait for Weight in Our Sky – going to be a heavy read I think!

Oh my gosh, I am so jealous right now! Those stacks look STUNNING!
When I was at my local bookstore a few days ago, I saw Dark of the West and instantly wanted it on my shelf. For whatever reason, I didn’t end up purchasing it, but I’m still dying to read it!
Anyways, wonderful haul! You probably have lots of reading ahead of you, so I hope you enjoy all of your new books! ❤❤☺
