BOOKENDING SPRING 2019: 5 Audiobooks to Listen to While Spring Cleaning

We are taking part in the  Bookending Spring 2019 event this year.  There are lots of fun blog prompts and I am so happy to be participating in this one.  This prompt was created by Amanda @ Between The Shelves. Be sure to go check her blog out.

So today’s prompt is 5 Audiobooks to Listen to While Spring Cleaning. I love audiobooks, they get me through traffic every day and help me kick my TBR to the curb (well not so much cause there is always more books to buy). So here are 5 audiobooks that I find fun and would definitely use to help me do some Sping cleaning.

My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand, Jodie Meadows and Brodi Ashton
This is one of the most funny and amazing book/audiobook ever. The narrator is amazing, I had so much fun listening to this one. Just bursted out laughing so many times.

Love & Gelato by Jenna Evans Welch
This was such a cute heartfelt contemporary. I loved the romance in this one. The book moves at a relatively fast pace which is great to help you sort things out around the house.

Lifel1k3 by Jay Kristoff
I think you guys are starting to know me by now and know that if I get a chance to rec a Jay Kristoff book I will. Lifel1k3 is amazing, it’s funny and sarcastic, action packed and has just the most amazing characters. Just be prepared for that cliffhanger at the end, the Rat Bastard always does it lol.

All the Crooked Saints by Maggie Stiefvater
I reacently listend to this and just fell in love with it. The writing is absolutely stunning and the story is short enough that you could listen to it while cleaning out your wardrobe or just contemplating what you could clean it if you’re like me.

Sanctuary by Caryn Lix
This book, argh!!!! I can’t wait to be able to grab the sequel. This was such a fun, anxiety inducing book lol. It moves so quickly and has so much action in it that I think it can help you accomplish in record time even the dullest of tasks.

5 books longer

There is is my 5 recs to help you get some Spring cleaning done. What are your audiobook suggestions?

  1. I’ve been meaning to read All the Crooked Saints for awhile; I’m glad to hear you liked it, I keep hearing mixed reviews. I think I can get the audiobook from my library so I’ll add it to my queue. 🙂

  2. Lifel1k3 is on my list! I just read my first Jay Kristoff book this year (Nevernight), and I loved it! I’ve heard Lifel1k3 is really, really good on audio. 🙂
